Yes, that is the classic misspelling. And the one t in Matthieu. Too damn complicated a name, I think. And don't change it. People don't need to see me preaching to the people. And I'm really not up in arms about it, despite my claim of getting no respect.

Shit, whoops. Somehow that i got stuck in there. (I consider this the classic misspelling of your name)

Sorry doc. Do you want me to change it so that when people google your name they can witness you preaching to the people?

Oh, yeah. They also thought Bush was a bozo, and were planning to vote for Kerry. This was heartwarming.

By the way, the couple that I am electioneering at (?) was lovely. I wish I had good stories, but I can't remember anything apart from the fact that they were amazing. I do remember that they did talk to me endlessly and tell me fun stories.

Hey, Mitchie. I really like that the picture you chose for this is of me electioneering in a gated community in Pennsylvania. Reminds me of the picture in my dictionary next to the entry for "helicopter": it shows a helicopter flying and dangling a long rope at the end of which is a snowmobile. I am always amazed that they were only able to find a picture which (a) is 90% not about the helicopter, in terms of image area, and (b) is likely to mislead schoolchildren, who will grow up thinking that helicopters are rotor-topped flying machines used for carrying snowmobiles.

[But I actually do like your picture of me. This is not a dictionary, and my definition is not the point here.]

Speaking of definition, though: you spelled Matthieu Cornillon wrong. Jeez. What does an electioneer have to do to get respect on a blog these days?
