Hey! I recently gave a presentation on how to roast a chicken. (For a job interview, sort of…a Princeton Review tutor “audition.”) And I totally thought about W. Hines when I was planning what information to include. Or rather, I was thinking about his blog entry on the level of detail he requires in cooking instructions.
I feels sure that Will has the potential to roast a chicken that scores in at least the mid-600′s.

Hmmm. Will Making homemade pancakes…
Seems like a lot of steps. Although, I bet he could do it! Look for the bubbles before flipping Will!
Asparagus season is just about over. Roasting asparagus in the broiler is a snap—a little olive oil, some salt.

What’s a broiler?

It’s the little space bellow the main oven door. It cooks things from the top at high temps.
