I recently gave a presentation on how to roast a chicken. (For a job interview, sort of...a Princeton Review tutor "audition.") And I totally thought about W. Hines when I was planning what information to include. Or rather, I was thinking about his blog entry on the level of detail he requires in cooking instructions.
